Stages of a Hurricane
A TROPICAL STORM forms when the maximum sustained winds have intensified to between 39-73 mph. It becomes more organized and begins to look like a hurricane with a circular shape. They begin to form an eye at the center of the storm but it will loose and weak. Once the winds reach 39mph a tropical storm is given a name.
